How did you evolve at Cromology?

With a BTS in Real Estate, he initially worked in B2C sales before turning to B2B. He arrived in the paint industry by chance, and quickly acquired a taste for the technical side of the business. He joined the Group in 2018 as a counter salesman at Zolpan Pontarlier.

“I immediately loved this environment and the fact that I work mainly with professionals. We’re fortunate to have high-quality products, which means we can build lasting relationships with our customers.”

In 2020, he was promoted to ATC in the sales area of Zolpan Besançon, 70 km away.

What do you like in your job?

First, the technical nature of the products. Secondly, the trusting commercial relationship he develops with his customers. “I also like the idea of being a ‘solution provider’ for my customers’ various problems.”
Finally, Johnathan appreciates the freedom his job gives him to organize his working day.
