How did you evolve within Cromology ?

After graduating with a degree in computer science, I first worked in a hardware sales and repair store, then decided to change direction.
I then worked for 13 years in an import and distribution company, specializing in kitchen utensils for supermarkets.
I joined the Group in 2021, after answering an advert for a scheduler at the La Bridoire logistics site in Savoie (in France), near my home.
I started out as a temp for 6 months before moving to a permanent contract. Internal transfers enabled me to rise to the position of assistant and then team leader.
Today I manage one of two teams made up of order pickers, forklift drivers and loaders.
The in-house training courses enabled me to rapidly develop my skills, particularly in the management aspect of my job.

What do you like in your job ?

The variety of tasks is a reality in my job, no two days are alike and I really like that!
I also like the good atmosphere in the team as well as the autonomy that I have.
