How did you evolve within Cromology ?

I joined the group in 2007 as a showroom sales assistant for the Tollens network’s Nantes outlet.
In 2012, I was given the opportunity to move up to the position of Sales Assistant to the Technical Sales Representative and the Sales Outlet Manager, for the entire floor and wall product offering, while continuing to look after the showroom and our professional customers.
In 2018, a new challenge with the opening of a second outlet in Nantes. At the time, there were two of us (the Point of Sale Manager and I), then three with the arrival of a new colleague who worked in tandem with me.
In 2021, my managers put their trust in me once again and entrusted me with the opening of a third outlet. I accept the challenge alongside my partner, who is following me on this adventure.
In September 2023, following a reorganization of my geographical area, my management offered me the chance to move up to the position of Technical Sales Representative, a challenge I was delighted to accept!
Before taking up my new position in October, I’ll be upgrading my partner to Sales Outlet Manager and recruiting his successor.

What do you like in your job ?

What I like about the different jobs in the network is the diversity of tasks, the action, the technicality, the challenge and, of course, the human touch ! The team spirit is also a motivating factor that carries me through every day and pushes me to excel.
I’m a Tollens ambassador for almost two decades and I’m very proud of it !
